Below you will find the terms for using Endurance Robotics products or the web site. By using the web site or purchasing Endurance Robotics products you agree to the following terms.

Web site
No warranties of any kind are made on the accuracy of information posted on the site. User creations and forums contain user submitted content that we cannot guarantee accuracy over. Typographical errors and other mistakes happen. Endurance Robotics reserves the right to change information without notice. Please check the terms often.

Shipping:
Standard shipping is $7.99 for orders inside the USA and is provided by FedEx. Shipping for items under $10.00 is $4.99 are shipped via the USPS and is not tracked. If you wish to obtain tracking please contact sales@endurance-rc.com before ordering. International shipping is not calculated at the time of order. Please contact sales@endurance-rc.com for international shipping quotes. All international orders are shipped via FedEx only. Packages are usually shipped the following day but under certain circumstances it may take up to one week for the order to ship. Tracking information is available upon request. Endurance Robotics will try to ship all items as requested. If you have a special shipping request please let us know before you make your purchase. Endurance Robotics will not reduce the order value to avoid taxes/customs fees.

Receipts and Payment Confirmation:
Receipts are provided via PayPal. Once you have submitted your payment you will received an report of the transaction details. Shipping status will be e-mailed to the ordering address once the order has shipped.

Returns:
Endurance Robotics guarantees the delivery of a working product. If the item is damaged upon arrival you may return it for a replacement within 14 days. Shipping is not refundable for any reason on all returned items. Endurance Robotics reserves the right to reject returns. RMA numbers are required for all returns. Undamaged returns or exchanges will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have had power applied, been modified/changed, or have been re-programmed. Software for purchase is not returnable, exchange for the same item only. Please see the "Software for Purchase" section for details on software returns. Please fully read all requirements and notes posted on the product pages before purchase. Special orders and custom projects are not refundable or returnable.

Tax:
Residents in the state of Missouri are required to pay sales tax. Tax is calculated based upon the shipping address provided.

Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Endurance Robotics be liable for any special, incidental, punitive, multiple, indirect or consequential damages of any kind. Endurance Robotics does not authorize the use of its products to be used in life critical applications such as automotive, aircraft, military, medical, or emergency devices. We do not condone or authorize the use of our products as weapons. Use Endurance Robotic products wisely and take all necessary safety precautions! Endurance Robotics cannot be liable for meeting any 3rd part obligations including contracts, time lines, or agreements of any kind.

Custom Projects:
All custom projects are handled on a case by case basis. All projects come with a non DOA warranty. After the project completion a Service Agreement/Maintenance plan may be purchased. If a client does not respond 30 days after completion, projects are assumed to be abandoned, null and void, and become property of Endurance Robotics. Estimates are subject to a 10% cost overrun without additional approval.

Customer Service:
In order to keep costs down all customer service and support is performed via e-mail only with no exceptions. We try to get back to all e-mails within a days time. More often than not we are able to respond in the same day.

Software for Purchase:
By installing the software you agree to the EULA provided. The software requires either a PCTx or ServoController to function properly. If you are unsure if your radio or other hardware is compatible, it is wise to purchase the software after verifying compatibility by using the sample applications. There are no refunds on software due to copyright. Updated versions are only provided at no cost to the original purchaser only.

Sample Software:
No warranty or support is offered on any sample software. All sample software is open source and can be changed and modified by anyone.

A word about the PCTx :
The PCTx v1.2 and prior is succeptable to reverse voltage damage from Spektrum radios. If the radio is switched off trainer mode while the PCTx is connected the PCTx will be damaged. The PC will still see the PCTx but no communication between the PCTx and the radio will take place. PCTx v1.3 has a circuit to help protect against this damage. This information appeared on the PCTx page and was removed when v1.3 was released. The PCTx outputs a 9 channel negative shift PPM signal by default. Firmware is available for positive shift also. Please be sure to fully read your transmitters manual to ensure compatability. If a manual describes only certain radios compatible with the trainer system this is a sign the PCTx is not compatible.
